Operational Excellence Concept

The basic principles of our approach to operational excellence are to identify the overall target of the operational excellence first, then the KPIs that support it best, to make things measurable, to assign responsibility, measure results, give feedback, reward achievement, request improvement, keep it simple, transparent and practical. There are 6 operational excellence practices in this concept and they should be implemented with the following priority:

  1. Management by objectives
  2. Targeted Continuous Improvement
  3. Right Second Time
  4. Direct Improvement Action
  5. Non Targeted Continuous Improvement
  6.  Right First Time
