… MVLSC did a great job in developing a transport validation concept for several hundred products at a large pharmaceutical manufacturing site, and drove the overall effort from the definition of the strategy, to the implementation plan and ultimately ‐ after building up a strong team ‐ to execution. The project was a great success and it was a real pleasure for the whole team to work and cooperate with MVLSC. As a team member and project leader Mojmir had a very positive collaborative character combined with many other soft skills e.g. problem solving which was an enabler for the project success.

  1. Data analysis of all … shipments to prepare representative clusters for the validation runs based on transport mode, climatic zones of destinations, and the transport categories of the products Risk analysis of all lanes in order to identify the worst cases of the clusters
  2. Develop a state of the art, cGDP-compliant, and feasible validation concept
  3. Prepare the Validation Master Plan and corresponding templates for DIOQ, validation protocol and validation report
  4. Ongoing and detailed support provided to different … teams in different countries
  5. Valuable input provided to individual Validation Reports prepared by different teams
  6. Overall Master Validation Report and guidelines executed.

With his very broad and deep knowledge in the GDP area Mojmir ensured the whole project team is staying on the right level of detail and activities for a successful project execution. Mojmir’s involvement in our Global project was fundamental and closely linked to the successful completion, and we would like to thank him very much for all his very helpful and constructive contributions…
