Usually these projects encompass the elaboration of an approach for cleaning validation and cleaning in a complex environment of many products being produced in many equipment units. The complexity often leads to a laborious project and cleaning concept, sometimes even to a non-compliant approach. Thanks to its experience MVLSC is able to realize significant efficiency gains and develop a simple, robust, practical and cGMP compliant concept, with project plan and cost estimate in the first step. If approved by the management, MVLSC can perform and finalize the project, so that all cleanings in the considered manufacturing site are validated according to today’s standards. Alternatively, after a short initialization phase the customer’s own experts are also empowered to accomplish the project on their own.
